As a mom of three, I know what it feels like to be on the other side of the camera with a brand new baby. I've received newborn safety training and have worked with over 100 babies, so you can trust that your newborn is in gentle, experienced hands. I've found that the images families treasure most aren't always the ones they expected, they're the ones that feel warm and true to who your family actually is. That's what I'm always working toward.

Before we ever get to session day, we'll have a planning appointment to talk through every detail — location, timing, and what will work best for your family. Wardrobe for you and your baby is taken care of through my client closet, which has over 160 pieces, so finding something beautiful to wear is one less thing on your plate. I want the whole experience to feel taken care of, because you've already got enough to think about with a brand new baby at home.

The planning appointment
After your session is booked, we'll meet together virtually to plan out your wardrobe and location! Wardrobe for mama, baby, and young children are provided by my client closet. easy peasy.

Wardrobe and Styling
you'll arrive to our session location where I'll have the wardrobe freshly steamed and ready for you to slip on! You'll look and feel absolutely stunning. No worries about seatbelt creases or stains from the car ride over. the client wardrobe has over 160+ pieces and counting!

I'll wrap your little newborn in a soft wrap, hand baby back to your arms and we'll capture sweet, natural, loving moments that you want to keep forever. Don't worry about looking awkward in front of the camera or getting your kids to smile. I have prompts and direction to keep everyone engaged and having fun the entire time.

The viewing appointment
A few weeks later, your photos are ready! Yay! We'll view your photos together and you can select a package that allows you to best enjoy your artwork for a lifetime!

Newborn sessions are best within the first 5 to 14 days of your baby's life, when they're still in that sleepy, curled-up newborn phase. I recommend reaching out to hold a spot on the calendar while you're still pregnant, and then we’ll reserve a spot for our session on my calendar around your due date. After baby’s arrival, we’ll schedule our exact session date and time to ensure the most ideal session for baby, whenever possible.
When is the best time to schedule a newborn session?
